Job Description:
- Overseeing the entire credentialing process for new and existing healthcare providers. This involves collecting and reviewing documentation, verifying licenses, certifications, education, training, work history, and references.
- Assisting the team to fill the applications and in contract loading & welcome kit generation.
- Assisting the team in Application follow ups.
- Ensuring the application processing time is within the TAT.
- Experience in PECOS, Medicaid Enrollments. strong knowledge in CAQH & commercial enrollments
- Experience in working with providers from multiple state & strong knowledge in the state rules.
- Maintain process compliance as per client requirements and applicable state laws.
