Unlike the usual medical coding process that requires the CPT (Current procedural terminology), Dental coding differs completely and requires CDT (Current Dental terminology) along with its unique set of codes been submitted to the Dental insurances. Dental Coding broadly falls into three categories: Diagnostic, Preventive and Restorative.
Ecare’s Dental Coding Team understands the nomenclature of each codes and has the required expertise in the clinical side of it. Also, claim submission is done through J400 form which is exclusively for dental claims.
